Tiny buds and busy birds
are full of activity. Daffodils
have pushed through the ground.
It must be spring.
Gentle rains nourish the
plants and trees.
Mud where snow was.
It must be spring.
The forsythia will be
in full blossom soon
Lilacs too overnight.
It must be spring.
Tiny birds labor to
bring blades of old
grass inside the birdhouse.
It must be spring.
Singing hymns at church.
Have the Easter suit
and hat ready. Pink.
I must think spring.
HAPPY SPRING! ❤ Blessings and love, Mary Ann. xo

Dein Arno

Lieber Arno, thank you for such a kind comment. I do indeed enjoy my four seasons. Tonight’s singing engagement of the Good Friday cantata went very well. Several opera singers in this choir and both my voice coaches. Our daughter is here for Easter but because we choir members sing all the Masses, we are driving to Skaneateles Easter afternoon for some wonderful food at our favorite place: The Mirbeau Spa and Inn. May you and your family have a holy Easter season and many blessings. Thank you for mine from Cologne. Deine Mary Ann

Bonne journée on bonsoir
gros bisous
Bernard

My heart may feel like spring, but it is snowing outside as I write this. Just another “spring” day in Upstate New York. Thank you for the comment.

Oh, really! ;-( Now we have more sun and the warmer weather is very nice. Four weeks before i really thought we are here in Siberia. 😉 Never thought that there is snow in NY this time.

Not unusual to have snow this time of year, but it does not stick on the ground very long. We are used to this as the struggle between winter and spring continues.
